Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, "grab555", "we", "platform" and "website" refer to grab555.onl and all related services. "User", "member", "you" and "player" refer to any individual who registers or uses grab555 services.

"Account" means the registered profile associated with one user. "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in a user's account. "Bonus" covers all promotional incentives given by grab555 to users under the specified conditions.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

grab555 supports a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all payment methods.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

The 150% welcome bonus is a promotion for new grab555 users. The details of this bonus are as follows:

• Bonus value: 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM888.
• Wagering requirement: 25x the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → total balance RM250 → wagering required RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.
• Example: Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM888 → total balance RM2,088 → wagering required RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• grab555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

In addition to the welcome bonus, grab555 also offers a weekly cashback programme through the VIP system. Cashback is calculated based on the current VIP tier: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Progression to higher VIP tiers depends on a player's activity and loyalty over time.

Game and Wagering Rules

All games on the grab555 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and other categories — are subject to the individual game rules displayed during the game session. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results that have been calculated and confirmed by the system are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of technical issues on the user's end.

Limitation of Liability

grab555 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss or business interruption.

The maximum total liability of grab555 to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made. This platform is provided "as is" and grab555 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruption or error.
